CONDO RATES EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2011

Nov.1 – Feb. 28            $350 per week
                                    $60 per night                                   

Mar.1 – April 30          $500 per week
                                    $80 per night

May 1 – Sept 18           $675 per week
                                    $110 per night

Sept. 19 – Oct. 31       $550 per week
                                    $85 per night

Monthly Rates November through March $700, all utilities normally provided included. A $500 deposit may be required for monthly stays, refundable at departure if there is no damage to the condo or its contents.

$100 reservation and damages deposit paid at booking. This will be refunded after you have returned if the condo is left in proper condition. Rental fees must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your rental date, 4 weeks prior if your rental date is from May 17th to September 18th. Reservation and cleaning deposit may be waived for repeat customers.

***Please note, there is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation less than 4 weeks prior to your reservation date from May 1st to Sept. 18. 2 weeks at other times.

Payment via cash. Paypal is also accepted. We now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover JCB and Diners Club along with ACH electronic check transactions.
