CONDO RATES EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2009

Nov.1 – Feb. 28            $450 per week excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.
                                    $75 per night excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.
                                    $550 Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.
                                    $85 per night Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.

Mar.1 – April 30          $500 per week
                                    $80 per night

May 1 – Sept 18           $625 per week
                                    $100 per night

Sept. 19 – Oct. 31       $550 per week
                                    $85 per night

$100 reservation and cleaning deposit paid at booking. This will be refunded after you have returned if the condo is left in proper condition. Rental fees must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your rental date, 4 weeks prior if your rental date is from May 17th to September 12th. Reservation and cleaning deposit may be waived for repeat customers.

***Please note, there is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation less than 4 weeks prior to your reservation date from May 1st to Sept. 18. 2 weeks at other times.

Payment via cash, money order or check drawn on a Maryland bank. Paypal is also accepted with a 3% convenience fee.
